No returns or exchanges. Works are handmade in New York over a month long process. Each one is unique. Sculptures may have glaze imperfections or interior cracks due to the strenuous nature of ceramic firings. These are non structural and will not affect the integrity of the work. If your purchase arrives damaged from shipping, please provide images in order to be sent a refund upon review. Replacements are unavailable.
